GUARANTEE

LIFETIMER recreational boats are guaranteed for life against defects in materials and workmanship, except for paint and wood components, regardless of who owns the boat.

Any products not manufactured by LIFETIMER are covered by the individual manufacturers guarantee.

Any repairs covered by this guarantee will be performed at the manufacturer's factory in Duncan , B.C. or at a LIFETIMER designated repair station. The owner of the boat is responsible for transportation to and from the Duncan , B.C. facility or the designated repair station.

This guarantee does not cover damage or faults which occur as a result of carelessness, improper trailering, unsafe operation, excessive power use or misuse. This guarantee is void if the boat has been altered.

In all matters regarding this guarantee, the judgment of LIFETIMER Boats Inc. will be final.
